At KITRI, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.
Attach the Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
